I hobby in Philly at least once per month. I use P411 and the TER ad board and have generally had very good experiences. I've been repeating with the same two girls for a while. Occasionally, I'll throw a touring provider into the mix. My success rate is about the same as any other city, including NYC. Nothing can match the breadth of options in NYC, but I don't agree that quality is lacking.
