I understand that all the providers have aliases and maintain their anonymity. Of course they should for a variety of reasons.
Where I take exception is when I am asked for my real name, work number, company where I work despite having numerous references on a website where I and the provider maintain accounts for verification.
This rarely occurs, but I am annoyed about the double standard. I respect all providers wish to remain discreet but revealing my entire personal life is off limits.
I would like feedback on this issue.
In addition, I was told the okays on a reputable verification site  
Are often fake, thus the need for this additional scruti y.

No one is forcing you to give up that info. If you don't want to do so, no worries, just move right on to the next girl on your list.

 
Life is full of double standards. Some are unfair, some are totally justified.  

 
These girls have to be in a small, 300 square foot space, with only one way out, with a total stranger, who is almost always bigger and stronger than they.  

 
Seems justified to me for them to ask for any info they want to safeguard their lives.

its really that simple. the "reputable verification site" you mention, has rules that allows us to seek as much verification info as we want. and often they're not necessarily fake, but they aren't true. We're forced to give the "OK" or we have to go into a dispute about whether the session was "ok" or not. some of us prefer getting real information for every client, no matter where he is from.

P411 OKs aren't "fake" and providers aren't "forced" to give them. There's a small and very vocal minority that try to normalize/justify their intrusive "screening" that would like you to think that, but it just ain't true.  

90% of the girls on that platform will accept a well-established P411 profile for screening, just ghost the ones that want you to "fill out their form" and move along.

I find myself always battling with screening. I've been flexible with screening while sympathizing with clients and then I found myself stranded in New Jersey and fell victim to Joey The Player a notorious scammer, abuser, and rapist of providers. Luckily I didn't experience the horrifying stories I read about him but if I had did a full screening I would not have ever dealt with such a vile person. So some providers are ok with not screening and then there's the day that they can no longer work without screening. Providers worry about their safety not just discretion. My advice would be to get references from providers. That is the easiest way to guarantee a great time.

Providers have the lion's share of the risk. And it's their livelihood and business. AND no one is forcing you to do anything. if someone asks for information I don't feel comfortable giving, then I move along. I personally find that the more thorough a provider is, the more trustworthy they are. I don't want to see a woman that doesn't value their safety and/or just let's any random person see her.

This is very difficult,  I screen my clients, and I have never once asked for all their Real World information.  Just like the ladies have reviews that make us trust worthy, the gents should have reviewed the provides he has seen.  This makes for a much easier and safer encounter.  Not just on P411, but the other review boards.  

I dont think these women keep the info and usually i give them my ter handle and my name and they have been satisfied with that the only time I've run into "over screening " is in Vegas and  honestly I just move on  
Like others have said they have to keep themselves as safe as they can and if they are more at ease makes for a better session it's just the nature of the beast the ladies are taking a chance I guess we do too

If providers are unwilling to rely on verification sites they should remove themselves, and only rely on real life information.  
Many have removed profiles from review sites to further their anonymity and have no review policies.
I understand risks providers sustain, but also they must appreciate risk of their clientele.

"It always important to remember that P411 is only intended to be used as one tool in the verification process. Do as much additional screening and research as you feel is necessary, to keep yourself safe." That message comes directly from p411 admin.

Well, I was going to post the link, but it seems to have been removed. Basically the gist was, a provider with tons of reviews and an extremely well-established, well-known persona gave a positive reference for a known rapist (he is one of the most blacklisted guys, like, EVER).  

 
Of all of the bad dates I've had, the lion's share were screened via references, from multiple reputable providers. Not only can a client's behavior vary, but so can an escort's standards (refer to matter directly above).

 
Also, your comparison of provider vs. client anonymity is specious. What can we do with a name? Go to police in case of a violent crime. Or, worse, the police will know where to look for *you* if we are not alive. However, if you're screened w/full name, that's not likely. Your willingness to make us comfortable is a strong indication that you will be on your best behavior in session.  

 
What will you do with our name? Post that Sally Sue Smith, age 22, from Darien, CT, who went to Eastern CT HS and studied two years at Paul Mitchell Hair Academy, refused to give you an uncovered BJ? No, you'll leave a review of her under her business name.  

 
The bottom line, as others have said, is that if you're not comfortable with the request, then move on. She has every right to ask, and you have every right to move on to another provider who doesn't require that info.

Its a "Safety" issue for most girls. For me I lose a lot of business because most gentlemen tend to feel the way you do.. However I agree with the argument about being in a space where it is only one way out. And for most of us nobody knows our whereabouts because this aspect of our lives are secret just like you guys. We are concerned about law enforcement as well. Its just a precaution and if we are both in this for the obvious reasons we need to be adults  about it and provide the necessary information to make the date as fun a easy as possible. For me I don't care who you are where you work or who you are married to. Ive had guys leave their wallets filled with black cards IDs and business cards family pics etc in my room and ive discovered it and returned it without batting an eye. Its a mutual respect and understanding on both our parts as providers and clients. I know some of these men out here thinks that us girls don't deserve any respect at all (not all) because of the nature of our business. But speaking as a working  girl who is also very highly educated.....sometimes its just a "girl doing what a girl has to do"  until she can see better days.  A means  to  an end. Everybody has a story or a situation. Doesn't mean we should be treated like crap. I'm just saying
