FYI for anyone interested -

The Sex Workers’ Pop-Up is an exhibition in New York City that features artwork and performances about sex work from around the world.  Sex work is often misunderstood, misrepresented, stigmatized, and still criminalized in most countries. Labeling sex workers as villains or victims won’t improve lives or society, but labor protections and human rights will.  That’s why sex workers are organizing to represent and defend their interests. This pop-up exhibit asks visitors to listen to the voices of sex workers, and reflect on how society defines work.

Is it a one time event or does that repeat each year or so? Looks like I'll be missing it by a few weeks. :(

It was my plan to attend the panel featuring sex workers from around the world as well the events with trans sex workers and Tiffany Cabán. Sadly it seems the gatherings have been cancelled. They will still have the exhibit open.

I had the opportunity to visit and it was very well done. Made me realize how much I love what I do. Even held back a few emotional tears. I hope it returns annually. Does anyone know?
