So I signed up last week to ter VIP last week.  I just go into the hobby haven't seen a provider yet.  Having lots of trouble with meeting girls cause they want references I've heard to sign up for p411 but how is that gonna change if I haven't seen anyone ? Looking for newbie friendly girls but I'm definitely not spending 400-500 for an hour.  Any suggestions ill gladly take.

You can then check the listings of girls in your area for the ones who say they're "Newbie Friendly" and require no OKs from other P411 girls.  Start with them, get them to OK you and you'll be off.  It's always a Catch 22 at the beginning.  You just have to be persistent.
I also suggest you ask further questions on the Newbie Board, where everyone is patient with new people.  On this board or the General Board you can get flamed for your ignorance for no other reason than that.  Good luck.

Sorry to hear that you're unwilling to spend $400 for an hour. If so, your best bet is to patronize the brothels where references are not an issue. The majority of worthy providers whether working  independently or for an agency charge and are generally well worth $400-$500 for an hour.

Occasionally and I really do mean occasionally, you'll find an indy girl that charges 300 to 400 and is worth while to spend time with. Do your homework, communicate on the boards, get the lay of the land (no pun intended - well maybe not) and you'll start enjoying yourself.
