I was wondering if any providers out there happen to take alternate payment like cashapp or anything like that. I realize this might be a long shot but I prefer this to any other means.

There used to be a touring provider (from PA) who would accept precious metals, e.g.:
pre-1964 dimes and quarters (90% silver)
(At current prices, a $5 roll of dimes is worth $77; a $10 roll of quarters is $154.)
Krugerrands, Canadian gold Maple Leafs, Chinese gold Pandas, ...
I think she would assay jewelry and other objects, too.
