An agency head in Boston posted that a number of reviews for providers who had retired were appearing on the New Reviews page (with old dates). I reported it to Staff. Maybe it has something to do with the new TER software going online.

It was approved today and the date on the profile changed.

Basically, the date that the software uses to determine if a
new review was entered got changed.

The software saw a new review because there was one - it's just
that it was transferred from another profile and happened to be
old.
