because a video can't be photo-shopped the way a digital still image is.  Thus it's a very good way to show what you really look like.  The problem is the music.  If a guy opens the video on a work computer and suddenly sexy music blares out, that's not a good thing.  So my suggestion would be (if possible) to have the sound track automatically muted when you open it, but the viewer has the option of turning off the mute if he has some privacy.

...as Afro-desiac already pointed out earlier, videos can't be photoshopped.  Gives everyone a real look at the lady as opposed to a lot of the heavily airbrushed photos some providers and agencies peddle.

As far as the music goes, perhaps if you use a well known pop song over the video it will help the viewers be a little more incognito when viewing it in non-private places.  Just a thought.

Personally, when checking sites, pics are important, but videos not.  Next in importance, if you can, is posting a calendar that is accurate enough for us to see what your schedule may be.  This helps us guys when replying to your ads re: our schedules being in close enough proximity that we may be actually able to be in conjunction with that.

Then again, I'm preaching to the choir with you, babe...

I'm making a bit of a generalization, and the hobby is unique, but the fact is that online video has much higher engagement (in other words, people click and watch short online videos) than static images.  

As for sound, many sites don't automatically play the sound on a video until the user has turned it on. From my personal perspective, since I always use headphones at work, it doesn't bother me.

The best provider videos I've seen try to tell a story. Video is an opportunity to show off more of your personality. If you like to laugh and have a good time, video is the perfect medium to show that side of you. If you're a very sensual provider, love bubble baths and massage oils, again, think about including those aspects of your services in your story. In other words, go beyond what your photo shoot was able to display by taking advantage of everything the medium has to offer.
