Girls are never available same night. You have to book in advance and let them screen you first and get ready. You may try a massage place or possibly even an agency if you want a girl on demand.
FYI I have girls that frequent NYC and are available the same night as long as you give me the info i need to screen. Not sure if you live there, but i do have a couple girls visiting starting next week. And if ever i Vegas, etc girls are available the same night..

Yes, some women require making an appointment in advance and a few of them even go as far as to belittle men who contact them to ask if they are available now.
However, there are many, MANY women who are available for same day bookings, and even short notice (within an hour or 2). Several sites have an "available now" feature which the women take advantage of. Not to mention that his post simply said he was looking for an asian provider. He made no mention of it having to be an independent. As you pointed out, there are many agencies that will happily accommodate a last minute appointment
