I would love to spend time with another night owl.

Two part question, I think.

1. In general - I've done midnight and early AM incalls to hotels and indy apartments.  Some people party all night, go to bed at 6 AM and get up to start all over at 3 PM.  Some parts of the city are bustling 24/7.  It's The City That Never Sleeps.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_City_That_Never_Sleeps

Some people have regular graveyard shift jobs and need to play at off-hours. Anyone remember the radio program Milkman's Matinee?

2. "1st time meeting" - I can't answer for someone else, but if you are in a major hotel in the middle of Manhattan I don't see a problem.  (A cheap motel in the Bronx or some creepy location in a warehouse district is another story.)  A native New Yorker will normally be comfortable moving around those downtown bustling areas with lots of people at all hours and enough neon (or LEDs, these days) to make it seem like 12 noon.  If anything, it should be easier to get a taxi at 1 AM than 1 PM and less traffic, too.  If you pass the screening test, and she's a night owl, I don't see a problem.  

I suggest you send some emails to get pre-screened and ask who is available at your preferred times.  If she is NOT a night owl, she'll let you know and you can move down the list.

Depending on availability, late nights are welcomed. I normally host in the city and offer outcalls only to previous clients.

I am such a night owl.

If I don't get any more calls by 12am, I call it a night and turn my phone off until 7am, when I resume working. I know me well and can't function when I'm dead tired.
