It's your right to charge what you want for sessions and I don't begrudge anyone that right. But, most guys hate upsells, extra charges, and ala carte menus. $200 extra for anal is way beyond the going rate even for NYC.  This thread is not about you, and I didn't hijack it. It's not an upsell unless it seems to be promised in advance and then she tries to sell it for extra during a session.  As for extra $$ for anal, some gals include it but many charge extra.  Everybody gets to run their business the way they want.  There's really no wrong way to do it.
