My .02 cents....

I always take special care to clean up very well before game time that means really cleaning up back there too, complete body shave and everything else that goes along with being totally clean. If a gal is going to be nice enough to give me the pleasure of eating out my asshole and she wants to kiss afterwards, I'm okay with it because I've done my job before we have our fun - likewise I like to romp with gals that I know keep their work area nice and clean. Do you shower before seeing a girl?  Do you use soap?  I always make sure to thoroughly clean any place where a girl might go.  

If you are afraid to kiss a girl who has rimmed you, then either it's an irrational fear, or you should probably warn them not to go down there for their own health and comfort.

You would hope so.  But I saw a provider a few months ago, that after our session, put her dress back on. fixed her makeup. and was ushering me out because the next victim was on his way.  She didn't shower or even wash up.  YUCK!!! It goes without saying that I won't be seeing her again.
