you are correct Smelly, you didn't comment, but you did bring up the whole fucking topic, didn't ya? For what purpose? Aren't you the one who was banned by an agency for bringing alcohol to one of the ladies in spite of being requested not to? Mr. Holier than thou eh? Were you looking to inform all of us about Gibson being drunk or were you offended by the "Jew" comment. I met him in person years ago in Malibu and he's very sweet and sexy in person. As for now, this story is just tabloid trash and not yet confirmed by a legit source (tmz is a tabloid, pal). If it is true, so what he was drunk. Get over it.
In that case drinking is just assumed to be part of the driving experience.

He is a fantastic film maker and I loved (almost) everything he's done.
But I do have a problem with someone drinking and driving. That kills people. (People who have mothers, SO's, kids and the like.)
Plus, when a person is stopped by an officer, you should really just obey the man and make the best of it, not accuse him of being a member of a persecuted minority who you just (arguably) slandered in a (arguably) snuff film.
It is what is called: pushing your luck.
I don't get why people have a problem with Passion the of Christ. Mel didn't make it up. Just because it makes a certain group not look as good as they want to it doesn't mean they are anti-semetic. I can't stand victims. Mel has said he was sorry so people need to let it go.
Smelly did nothing wrong on this one. For G*d's sake, let's encourage the guy when he posts appropriately, not flame him!
BTW Mel Gibson used to a be a drunk who cheated on his wife. Then he got sober. Now apparently he's become a drunken anti-Semite. Gee do you think there might be an easy way for this guy to fix his problems?
