ok this is not funny anymore, I found many ladies using my photos, they got it from my ads on Backpage. I did the big mistake to don't writte nothing like a watter marc, so was easy to copy all my photos.  
Now I have one nice lady who refuse to delete my photos from her ads (and what a face she had a review here and the guy wrote yes the photos are real), so as i have the TER review and TER ID, I can provide all her information.    
But, she's not the only one!!! Also I have the links and full information about the other scammers in CHICAGO and LOS ANGELES. All of them using the same photos.  
Guys, if you want to enjoy the curvy blonde on these photos... You should take a flight to Barcelona, because I never been in USA

Your current set of photos are too late to watermark: "the horse is already out of the barn."  Be sure to watermark all of your new pics.

You can contact at least two parties to have your stolen pictures taken down: the Provider who is using them but also the ISP (Internet Service Provider) hosting the pictures.  The ISP has more legal obligations to stop copyright infringement after they are notified. Ask  on the newbie board for more advice.

Yes, you should TER about Profiles of other Providers with links to the stolen pics.  "Profile ###### of Mary has links to her ad at mary.website.com/mary/pictures. Compare those pictures to my pictures at kaly.eurosite.com/kaly/pictures and you will see that they are the same pics. ..." You might need to supply TER more proof that you are the person in the pics (maybe send TER a selfie with the date or a newspaper headline).

I learned the lesson, too late but now all new photos will be with some marc.
I call all the people who stolen my photos, some of them put down the ads or removed the photos, but the 3 ladies in USA refused to do it. I got contact with the website where ther're the ads and i didn't got any response.  :´(

Search the Newbie board for "DMCA" or "DMCA Takedown Notice." Ask on the newbie board for help and advice on this.

Some ad sites have a "report this ad" ("report a problem with this ad") button. Do the problem ads have that feature? Click and report!

You need to know how to contact the people at the website or the owner of the domain (using whois or other method).

Your English is much better than my Spanish ("Hola!"), but you might want some help editing your email to the webmasters who might only speak technical English. Newbie can help with that, too.

Of course i did the basic things:
1- call the b**ch who stolen the photos
2- "report ad"
3- e-mail webmaster
4- who is of the domain (you know many domains have the private registration of fake info)

Sorry for my broken english, but i think all of you can undertstand what i wanna comunicate... or not? My mind is faster than my fingers typing i guess...

I think she is sort of a newbie (first post = March 2017) but, I agree, that this should have been a single post to Newbie asking for advice on how to deal with the rip offs. AND, I agree, posting the ad links would have helpful, also.

3 different girls are using my photos: 1 in Brooklyn, 1 in Chicago and 1 in LA.
I wrote 1 post with the links and phone numbers of these places (1 is an Escort Agency) and was rejecte for internal TER rules, on private the moderator or someone who is on the administration told me the unic way to talk about it is on the General Discussion Boards on the city where the scammers are working with my photos but I can't show links or personal information about this people, only by Private Message. And also TER didn't deleted the review where the guy wrote that the person used real photos when in fact she's using my photos. They only changed for  "other person photos" because they don't wanna delete the review.

So if you have rules where I should make the denounce on public way (i think is the best way), please let me know. Or please show coherence with your forum rules.

The alert portion works on the local boards. "Someone local is using my pics. PM me for details." In place of a link, you can usually post info: "Allert! Mary on backpage (phone number ###-####) is using my pics."

The request for help or advice is a newbie topic. "Three people stole my pics for their ads. I have tried (A, B, C) without effect. What else can I do?"  There are more people on newbie to help with that.

There are some inconsistencies the way that different TER moderators apply the rules. At least the inconsistency is consistent. :-)

At least you got TER to change the review "real photos = NO" in the review. Maybe she does resemble you and the reviewer thought the pics were real?

i can't understand how the person who watch the face of other person can think this is for real.... I can show the comparative that the face on the photo is the same than my face phisically. The world is crazy, now I must to proof that I'm not lying and the other person have the benefit of the doubt.

Maybe the guy wrote a FAKE review because he doens't exist, maybe the escort have an user to write reviews for herself or maybe the guy is his friend and he did a favor to help her to get more customers.

The fact is, I can't add links or photos here as I'm a professional. But a random guy can write a false information, where I can provide the real information only by PM. That's all.  Now my new russiand friend VIOLA in USA is a great professional who had an unpleasant attack from my part that I only seeks notoriety. Thanks for your time.

Watermark them with info she can't steal or use like your number (or email) or website or both.
It could help to also place the watermark where should she decide to crop it out that it'd ruin the picture.

The OP can get more advice on watermarking by searching and asking on the Newbie board. Clients have opinions and ideas about where to put the watermark, density (transparency), etc. without compromising its purpose (to stop unauthorized use).

I know that there is a TER rule about pictures posted to Photo Only but I don't remember what the restriction is. A Photo Only picture cannot contain (website address? phone number?)??? Check the rules so you can watermark once won't have to duplicate your efforts.
