Put it in the category of "No spitting in public." and "No smoking in public." (or a little worse).  What ARE the laws in Sweden about smoking in public? Do that in your own home, too.

People need to have or learn how to have some self control.  As it is, kids are growing up totally OUT of control because they think they can do anything they want at any time they want.
