But the deal is, this lady is from an agency and is well reviewed.  But nothing in the reviews would have led me to
expect this.  That's kind of the point of the post - to some extent the best experiences are unpredictable.

So, either reviewers are holding back, we just clicked, or its a serious case of YMMV.  Perhaps a little bit of a all three.
