Every Milkshake I have seen thus far is a scam. Without any reviews or other information to change my mind, I would not risk it.

I am guessing some legit girls use it, maybe, but I haven't seen any. The 3 or 4 times I have seen it with girls I was interested in were all shady and totally unverifiable.
