How is it awesome???

There is no organization to it. They need to set up something with some structure, otherwise it will just become ladies posting a picture from all across the country, one or two per thread. Many look like they came from their site, instead of original pics. I can see more pics of a woman on her own city ad site.

Maybe a Moderator can be used to set a weekly theme for women to post under. Then the hits will go up. As it is, we know the issues with women's ads rolling off quickly to the next page(s) here in NYC. On the photo board, used for the whole country and beyond, the hit counts will be low as posts quickly roll off.

I think having a Photo Board can be a good idea. They need to work on the execution of it...
