Some may be irked at the idea of "admitting" to an act that is not deemed permissible by society.  

Others, (I believe the classier breed), may balk at the idea of reviewing another human being in this context, which evokes memories of high school/ college louts who would boast of their latest sexual conquest.  

I view it as a necessary evil, as many of these guys will avoid seeing a woman who is not well reviewed, leading to a catch-22 scenario.  

You're wildly attractive! Perhaps, we'll have a tantalizing encounter in the not-too-distant future!

And if someone writes reviews they will probably note that and write one for you.

Something I’ve heard of but never experienced or asked forpersonally is ladies offering reviewer specials - in other words researching their potential dates and then asking them to provide a review which will be credited for at a subsequent date later on. Since most reviewers cannot submit multiple reviews for the same lady that extends their VIP membership, it gives them incentive to review but also see a provider a second time. Just a thought.
