An Agency's word

I spoke with an agency I am interested in. They are
called portfolioelite.com. She sounds like a nice lady
and told me that she never rights anything down since
she has a good memory and relays this information to he
ladies (the one of my choice). Can this agency be trusted?
Has anyone ever seen a provider from them?
