I put a lot of time and thought into writing my own original ads. Why can't everyone else here do the same?
Kim,
I am sorry this has happened to you again.
Others will bite on your style/thoughts as long as you are your creative self.
Now that you pointed out the major problem, maybe RH will adjust their copy accordingly.
Just remember what our mothers told us, "Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery."
Lots of love,
SG
ps I can't wait to see you again!
I am so disappointed!
No apology!
Red Heels denies plagiarism has happened, at all!
Red Heels says I am not actually Eurasian!
I am very offended!
As was explained to you. Liz came to us with her own pictures and bios. How can you point a finger at The Red Heels for plagiarism when it was not written by us????
Also, why keep this up? You were told that her profile would be down at the end of the day. Our webmaster handles all of those requests.
Kim, please, if you are going to share your dirty laundry with others, make sure you tell them the WHOLE story and not just what makes you the victim.
You did not apologize.
You told me to "go to hell."
You said I am not really Eurasian.
You denied the plagiarism happened at all.
Now, you are blaming me, when you (and "Liz") started this problem, by plagiarizing me in the first place.
You told me that the ad would be down in one week! And, you told me not to tell you what to do, when I told you to take this plagiarized ad down immediately.
Red Heels, this is extremely unprofessional!!!

That I would love to see!
If we ever meet, remind me about this, and I will show you photos from it!
...or were there toys and some kind of happy ending? Why don't you scan them and upload them here?
The naked oil wrestling was at my friend's birthday party, though! Very fun! The photos are a few years old, though; from my pre-TER days.
I will preface this by saying that I have never dealt with Red Heels. I have never spoken to their management nor seen any of their ladies. It would be unfair to question the legitimacy of their agency and whether they utilize photos (or in this case verbiage) from inappropriate sources. Nor am I going to get into what words were exchanged between Red Heels and Kim regarding the ad and when it would be taken down.
I CAN however speak on Kim's behalf. There are very few ladies who work as hard as Kim does in marketing her services to her clients. She is always looking for new and creative ways to sell herself to hobbyists. Whether its new photos, timely postings, special deals, double sessions, etc., Kim ALWAYS has an eye out for her clients. She has worked VERY hard in maintaining her image. Her website is very exhaustive and really gives a gentleman a great understanding of who she is as a person. She has EVERY right to be angry at an agency for using her thoughts/expressions. The ability to market and sell oneself in this hobby is PARAMOUNT and Kim is one of the best in this regard. She really puts her heart and soul into self promotion as well as her sessions.
As an FYI, this support on Kim's behalf is from a hobbyist who has only seen her on one occassion...but I felt it necessary to show support to someone who genuinely cares about the hobby and her client base.
Agreed. I do not know either of these parties although I have communicated with them both in the past without any issue. Just watching the ball go back and forth...
My two cents...
A person can be hurt if her carefully crafted creation is "appropriated" by another. The Agency should take it down and apologize and we should all move on. It a big world out there, lets live in it!
...& that's the way it is on Monday, August 2, 2010...
No doubt Kim has every right to be upset, and obviously works hard at what she does. But I can't help thinking some poor subby is going to get the strapon session of his life this week!!
I'm new to all this and not to sound repetitive but I definitely side with Kim. In creating my site I researched tons of other sites so my information would be relevant and wouldn't sound repetitive BUT I never copied and I'm glad I didn't. Once I felt it was ready I published it to the web and if I ever I found out someone copied my site I'D BE FURIOUS. I created my site myself and like Kim I put a lot of time, energy and effort into my words and photos. I think its SO low that even after she confronted them, they basically told her to piss off and she's yet to receive an apology. And then they tell her she isn't Eurasian? Completely classless, I didn't expect that from Red Heels.
Question: Do you hobbyists still feel secure in booking thru Red Heels?

I put a lot of time and thought into writing my own original ads. Why can't everyone else here do the same?
As I said, I did not write the ad, I simply put up a bio that was given to me by a visiting provider. I also sent a request for my webmaster to remove it from our site, which I already said once in this thread.
So, after observing all the craziness go on here, I was checking out Cityvibe in San Diego. In my research, I found this:
http://san-diego-escorts.cityvibe.com/escorts/list/181041.htm
So, if these are truly are Kim's words, why then hasn't this drama been brought to the San Diego board? Why is she attacking and spreading her half truths on this board only? Are they her words or Jenny's or someone else's?
Apology? Why? Kim came here first to vent, I didn't even know it was an issue. She did not contact me before she came here to say Shame on Red Heels....Her mission was to be hurtful before she even contacted me...mission accomplished, Kim.
Let it go sweetie, you gonna let this get to you???
C'mon
has never worked on ad copy, nor worked to come up with original ideas for their photos... only to have their ideas stolen by these crappy low lifes. Kim has always been honorable and honest and, having gone through similar situations, I'll bet that the agency told her to f**k off and probably insulted her too. That's typical and I've had the same thing happen to me. As an internet publisher, they are responsible for the veracity and accuracy of anything that is on their site... so their excuse is pure garbage and lazyness.
Unfortunately, Kim, the quickest way to get them to take offending material down is exactly what you did... embarrass them in a public way that threatens their business.
