So it looks like hotel prices are doing a sharp climb after Labor Day, often becoming twice or even three times more expensive.... are there any good mid-range (200-300) hotels in Manhattan that anyone knows of after Labor Day?
It's crazy how cheap hotels are now. I stayed in one last night for $150 that will be $500 in about a month. I haven't figured out a solution to peak NYC hotel prices. Good luck with that!

I am very low volume, and thankfully, my dates are all multi hour. If a gentleman is willing to gift me my honorarium, he deserves to be treated to a four, or five star hotel environment. Hugs and Kisses, Kelly
On both weekdays and weekends, September is a really bad month. A few years ago, weekends at 3-star properties were $500. Weekdays are worse. Good luck!
