I think it's great that you can be honest about something like that. Off the top of my head, you might want to book several sessions with Gina Rollins. Tell her what you need. Be totally honest. She has the experience and is a really kind soul. I'd bet she's get you started on the road to sexual fulfillment.

Avoid the hot young ones right now. you have plenty of time for that after you've gotten some sea legs.
