Hi there,

I'm in Manhattan this week, Long Island on Wednesday!  I'm accepting appointments now and hope to celebrate my birthday with a bang, and another, and another...you get the picture.

As you may know from my posts, this is going to be my last few months in the hobby, as I am preparing to open a restaurant.  I'm very excited about the prospect, and after living here for only two years, I can't tell you how delighted I am to own a piece of New York!
