She gets high marks because the places she goes to do not have a huge Asian population, so anything Asian is probably "beautiful"

If you grew up in NYC or are in any area with a huge Asian/Chinese population, Belissa is really under a 5, she would be a homely lady, her face is nothing special.   Hang around in Chinatown NYC during the mid-afternoon and you will see what BEAUTIFUL HOT Chinese girls actually look like.
