here few things girls might consider bartering for

* botox or any other fillers (or any dermatology expensive facial treatments)

* minor plastic surgery (some doctors have their own facilities to perform them)

* real state (rentals)

* hard to get broadway show tickets (like Book of Mormon) or couple back passes to a sold out concert or event

* veterinarian services (pets can be expensive)

I would not mind someone doing some renovations in my house (like HGTV of course) and getting my services as form of payment

Plastic surgery, particular major reconstructive, is going to be hard to trade.

Too many people involved. You'd get the surgeon's Time but not OR, anesthesia, and staff time.  

Now dental - that could be doable I'd think
