So, I'm not sure what you mean by exorbitant. AMPs are in the $$ range but are always covered FS. (Some girls upsell BBBJ but can get fired if it gets out.) Independents or the more upscale agencies in NYC with what you're looking for seem to start around $$$ or $$$.5 but they are there.
