Yes it seems like what you really want is CBT and tease and denial. What you might be better off exploring is a dominatrix/mistress session. communicate if you want a "release" or not. If you want to make things extra interesting you can mix it in with a roleplay boss/employee, teacher/student, job applicant/interviewer, patient/sex therapist that kind of thing any situation where one person clearly has dominance over the other. If this really turns you on and you've seen someone a few times you feel comfortable with and can trust, you can try a kidnapping/abduction scene where you are blindfolded the whole time. For even more fun have her bring along a second person and have them "abandon" you in the room when they are done.
