It used to be one needed to have your cell phone in hand to spy/ now they don't even have to be in the room. Please disable bluetooth and gps whenever possible.
My last phone lasted about 7 years. AT&T finally called me and said I had to upgrade because it won't work anymore when they upgraded their system. Instead of changing my phone, I dropped AT&T and kept the phone for another year.
physically disable bluetooth. Always turn it off (phone) completely before a session or leave it in your car. Disable gps and run virus scans on all smart phones....
I suspect this product offering is itself a scam, and caveat emptor applies. I know I wouldn't give up my CC #'s to anyone I couldn't verify as legitimate. Also, ask yourself, would you trust a hacker? These ads scream that they are not legit, are hacker driven, and I wouldn't touch them with a 39 and a half foot pole...
Anything is possible with them, but if you protect your laptop and cellphone with security software, and employ common sense and make yourself a difficult target, the risk is minimal. Still, if you are nervous about it, best you disable those services if you are comfortable them...
