You're fully within your right to turn her away without giving her any of the donation. Your decision to give her business was partly based on how she presented herself in the advert, and if the advert proves to be false/ misleading, then you don't owe her anything.
If you feel it necessary to handle the situation in a nicer way, you can throw her $20 for gas money and tell her to take a hike. If you provide her with the full donation, then it will just reinforce in her mind that she can guilt marks into giving her a donation in spite of her lies/ catfishing.
Would be interested to hear from providers and clients as to appropriate responses if the provider who shows up [for an outcall] is clearly not the one in her photos...? Do I point out that she's not the lady in her photos and turn her away? Do I turn her away but give her part of the donation for her troubles? Am I stuck giving her the full donation even if I want her to go away? Welcome your thoughts...

Always always always do your research. Don't just look at pictures and phone number and call the without doing your homework.
Check for either reviews and/or large social media presence (Twitter, Instagram etc as not all ladies allow reviews)
If you're still in doubt and she offers paid video chats go with one of those, yes you'll still be in the hole.money wise if you don't like her or don't clique but it's less than an in person session.
