Do a search of the reviews here on TER and screen for providers that start at $1000. per hour. There are a handfull, with a good review of Barbra, from 'Fleur de Elite', being the most recent. Not really much coverage of this segment of the market. From my research into the more expensive strata, porn-stars get great reviews for performance, while model-types are more so-so. Part of the premium you pay is for someone that has actually appeared in print and/or film - if that is important to you. As I am single and solvent and soon to have my 40th birthday I am looking to do some first-hand research in the near future with either 'Fleur' or 'NY-Elites'. I will report my results.
I've done a bunch of research now, calls and emails and past discussion, plus some tasting at the $600 level. I'm enticed to go to the $1,000 level because of some of the faces and bods on sites like chez brigitte and american beauties. My communication with them made them seem real, and I always insist that if it's not the photoed girl I'll have to send her away. No reviews for these sites claim bait and witch. Yet, there's a lot of skepticism among hobbyists. Any updates: Are they really all one company? Are any of these cover girls for real? Thanks.

American Beauties, New York Elites, Fluer De Elite, Portfolio Elite are all seperate companies, they are my clients, they are seperate people at each.
