The couple of times providers have cancelled, I've never been lucky enough to find a back-up, let alone a pinch-hitter for the announced pinch-hitter!

It depends, was she a 10? I'd say a nine be a triple, 8 a double and so on. In any case good job VR.
awesome was her quick response time...and with a "can do" and friendly attitude.
I was impressed.
It was also probably good that I had sent her an e-mail to "break the ice" earlier in the day which opened up the possibility of us seeing each other on late notice.
