Seriously, I'm not really sure what you mean, as ambience is not the biggest thing for me. i'd feel like Richard Gere in Pretty Woman, except I wouldn't want to get that bill. I would imagine you could find a hot provider and rent a hotel suite overlooking Central Park on a high floor. Or a suite at the Gaansevort. Otherwise I don't know a girl who could afford a great  view who needs to  be providing anymore. A stellar agency would probably book one of those mongo suites for you and pass the premium along with a markup.
