Simply for research purposes (because we don't do anything illegal here), does anyone know the implications for being caught by some law enforcement agency:
1 - in a raid in an establishment
2 - soliciting a street-side provider
3 - visiting an undercover agent incall

Most specifically, would it be a felony or a misdemeanor, likehood of incarceration, fines, etc.? I've checked the net but can't seem to find anything.
