The general guideline is as follows: if a reputable provider’s hourly rate is below market for her looks, she is cbj. Brandi Olson is such an example. Another example is Ophelia Zin. If it’s too good to be true, it is. Your question reflects your understanding of this principle.

All generalizations are false.  She lists a variety of services, some of which might not be expected at a "below market" rate. And I don't think her's is a below market rate, anyway.
