Some advice to providers:  Customers don't want to hear how depressed you are that you're in this business or how little money you've saved.    We don't really care if your daddy never loved you.  
Frankly, if I want to hear a woman bitch and moan I'd talk to my wife.

Perhaps you need to choose different types of providers that aren't prone to such unprofessionalism?  Or perhaps you might mention that beforehand if you surmise she might be that type to moan and bitch at you....

If she has time to talk like that I would think you could look her in the eyes and give her some suggestion on what is best for her to do instead ?  Best of luck in your next booking with a provider!!
