There is nothing degrading or derogatory there.  Where is the offense?  You can't stand seeing a religious image juxtaposed with a woman's body?  Oy gevalt, such chutzpah! Well, last time I checked, Jews, orthodox and otherwise, procreate just like the rest of the world...
