In a situation where you go to a place that gives massage and a hand-job, how often, if ever, will they tend to offer more service?

The other day I went to a place (incall), and I realized that it was a massage and hand-job.  The girl was hot and I really wanted more, but I wasn't sure what to do, because this has been my first experience in getting just the hand-job.

Are places like this more flexible with time, or is that all to it?

Any experiences out there would be appreciated.
