Hello everyone,

here is my dilemma:

my webmaster does not want to do engine search optimisation for me (me paying of course), he does not want to tell me how to do it myself, he does not makes changed I ask him to make on my website (or he does weeks later). Basically he wants to just host my site and wishes me to shut up!

What do I do? A new seo guy? how do I find a good one considering that in London there are plenty of seo wanna be but not real professionals
