How to write review on bait and switch?

Made an appointment with a relatively well reviewed provider this week.  The girl who showed up looked quite different, and once the session progressed it became obvious that it was not the provider I booked an appointment with.  The session was very disappointing.  

The next day I reread some of the reviews and one of the reviews actually called the provider by another name, which I then looked up and it turns out the girl I saw was likely another reviewed provider.

I'm pretty upset about this bait and switch because I felt very misled and the session was so disappointing.  I emailed the provider (whoever that actually is) that I was going to write a review about the bait and switch and she has threatened to blacklist me (because I had asked for a partial refund due to the bait and switch, and asking her to leave early after the disappointing session and her showering for 30+ mins out of the planned 2 hour session).  I don't really care about the blacklist, but my question is:  which profile should I submit the review under?  The provider that I was trying to contact?  Or the provider who actually showed up?
