If the OP hasn't submitted a full review TER will probably pull this post.
If he has ,  what you are upset about is called a mini review. Perfectly acceptable as the lady has no reviews and is visiting the area. The value of this policy is to allow gents who actually engage in the hobby and share info to help others with their entertainment decision to get the news out ASAP.  
In other words by the time the review actually posted it the lady would might be long gone.
A negative mini is a valuable warning.
A good mini provides a chance for a guy to book a lady while she's still in town.

This is , after all a review board

CHILL!! He has submitted a review but they take time to get approved. His mini follow the TER rules on a new girl visiting with no reviews.

I am thankful he took the time to write it because new girls need someone to verify they are the girl in pictures and their services are on the mark Because there are so many fake ones out there) otherwise everyone waits to see a review and some reviews do not post till days after the girl has already left and Kate is far from home.

You seem to have misunderstood.

I am not "trying to insinuate that GFE ++++ means such a thing."  The fact is that GFE+ does mean such a thing.  You should be familiar with such terms if you are going to advertise here and if you don't want to accidentally invite clients seeking that.  Another term to avoid would be Ultra GFE.  I am not making this up. These are fairly common usages on sites like this.

As for your insinuation that I am seeking such, well, you have an interesting way of interpreting my post.  Many look for girls that use GFE+ so we know who to avoid.  I was trying to help you clarify your post.  Did you think, when I asked if GFE++++ meant she did BB Greek orgies, that it was a request?  I know I forgot the smiley, but c'mon
