I can recommend Alexis at Belle Femme Boutique (347) 726-9305. I wrote a review for her.  
I always wanted to see Chloe Mercier, she has an extensive menu.  Also Rebecca Remington may be worth looking into. Unfortunately they are out of my budget.

I actually saw Ms Amour twice, in San Francisco.   I believe she IS still active.  Her website is gone, but she updates her ad on a delightful site that's private every now and then.   I send her email, a while ago, and she did respond.

I think she might be coming out of retirement/hiatus, but I'm not 100% sure.
