What a coincidence! I live in Arizona, and visit Vegas often. I'm going to Vegas next week for my annual pilgrimege and while I've searched the reviews I'm looking for something a bit more specific than the usual what she does/doesn't do, etc.
I'm looking for someone affectionate. Who cuddles between cups and is emotionally giving. Basically somebody who takes the term GFE seriously and doesn't just give the necessary acronyms necessary to call herself "GFE". A real sweetheart.

There are many that come to mind. For what you are asking, January would be #1 on my list, followed by Nikki Avalon, Elaina (not as pretty as the other 2, but a real sweetheart), and, if you prefer a little something on the wilder side, Jenni. I have seen all 3 many times, and have always experienced what you are asking for, but of course YMMV.
