Passes away due to complications of rheumatoid arthritis, severe ulcerative colitis and pneumonia. One of the most influential bands of our time. A very talented writer, guitarist and vocalist. RIP.

yes, hard to believe and such a great sound, lyrics, harmonies and so connecting.

Take it Easy, Lyin eyes, Tequila Sunrise, Peaceful Easy Feeling, Desperado, Hotel California, Already Gone, New Kid in Town...

and great in Miami Vice and Jerry Maguire...

Back in the day, I found the Eagles to be too contemporary and popular during the mid 70's, but, the precision and harmony have such staying power.  

Maybe the best all time American band.
