I went on once when Gemini was featured a couple of months back.

It was very confusing, as post after post kept going up...hello's, goodbyes,how are you's,blah,blah,blah...
IMO,there was no fluid conversation or subject matter and on the TECH side, I have a cable connection and still kept getting thrown off several times for some reason and had to reenter?...

It was a hassle as far as I was concerned.Maybe, I'm missing something that others enjoy??? but the technical problems made it miserable.

The NY chatroom is always empty when I look.  I don't really like web based chats anyway.

Are there any AIM chatrooms where providers and hobbyists hang out?

Would really enjoy having a secure chat room without all the technical problems that all of you have encountered or mentioned. If we could all meet from time to time on AOL or AIM, that would be a good thing, wouldn't it?!

Count me in. I'd like to me included in any AOL chat or AIM chat.
