It would be really great if TER improved the search feature on the reviews. They should use all of the text fields in the database and open them up to a text search or drop downs, but that is neither here nor there. I just searched the provider board using "White Plains" and you will have to go through and screen the results to see what whets your appetite. If you see something you like then check her reviews. I do not know what you consider "best", but there are some really beautiful women who go up to White Plains and provide phenomenal services. Providers really start going up there after October when the NYC hotel rates start to blow up and eat into their revenues. You can also try searching for "Westchester".
