END OF MESSAGE

Crumbs or baked by Melissa are just overly hyped, and overrated cupcakes....for real dessert, go to the lambs club in midtown....plus they got hot bar waitresses there as a bonus.

Thanks!  Anyone have suggestions about breakfast?  Think indulgent.

Norma's is great. http://www.parkermeridien.com/eat1.php
Make a reservation.
You could order the Zillion dollar lobster frittata....

Shopsins. Real New York vibe and treatment. With a menu full //font like at 7pt on legal size piece of paper. Great website and they like cute girls (just sayin' ;-)

I suggest you take the time to study the menu before you go.
I like the SLUTTY cakes:
iran(banana, pistachio butter, peanuts, brown sugar)
melba(lime, raspberry, peach, bacon cream cheese)
quack (pecans and figs, mango/pineapple bbq duck)
rocky road (chocolate batter, walnuts, marshmallow)
shopsie (cheeseburger stuffed mac’n cheese cakes)
tupelo (banana, bacon, peanut butter, brown sugar)
yolo(white & dark chocolate chip, nutella marsh. fluff)
zazie- (cinnamon, plantain, goat cheese, nutella)
.....AND THERE IS SO MUCH MORE.......

Yummmmmmy,
SG

Definitely worth get in line at 7AM (3 hours before they open) - to be allowed to buy two of these sooo yummy treats.

This place has other delicious eats if you're not going for the cronuts (and you don't need to be on the line outside - instant access).

I agreed, Crumbs and Melissa are not in the sublime category

New York's best handmade desserts!

very "New York" Frozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity. Marilyn Monroe used to frequent the place. Warhol paid in drawings. I personally have spotted many celebs there. They only accept reservations if you're having dinner- and the food sucks. The Frozen Hot Chocolate, however, is divine.

In fact, any dads reading this should think about starting a summer tradition of taking their kid(s) there. Mine started with me in elementary and it's STILL a favorite of ours... ;)

Kiss me,

Kate

PS It's on 60th off 3rd

How about the $1000 sundae at Serendipity.
