could be that or trying to use it as a reference

This is the third time I've had to report to TER staff that a review was posted from someone I've never met. Even if its not a bad one I don't feel I should take credit for a performance that's not mine. I don't understand. Are these men just trying to get free membership? Crazy.

Either a free membership or you'll hear from them later.  "Hey Baby, I wrote you a great review. How 'bout paying me back with a nice discount."

I have had one removed because I had not arrived at the destination that the review claimed...two days before I got there LOL

Now I have a review that claims some vocabulary I never use...but it is good...never mentions whats State or location which is strange because I always travel at least 6 hours outside of my home State

TEr are great at removal but it is such a pain trying to prove

Ugh, what a dumb idea! It's kind of amusing to see how far some will go for a discount...

Many would not have with a great review (score).

Unless services were mentioned that you simply don't offer.

Doesn't work in business after the review is written.

Awhile ago I had a great time with a provider in NJ, wrote a review.  Then to my surprise, the girl questioned my review, and to this day I have no idea why.   She "demanded" that I tell her who I am and when we met.  I preferred not to disclose my information to her, TER profile anonymity is important to me.  She contacted TER support, and they asked me to prove my review was real.  I sent them every email I exchanged with the girl, her apartment address, her tel number, and even her car info which was parked just outside her place.  TER kept my review.  The girl was furious that I disclosed all the info, but my reply to her was simply that be careful what you ask for...

Things I would not say were mentioned, actions as well. I've even been called a different name. Once someone actually just copied and pasted a review that was written by someone I DID meet a few months earlier.. Like word for word.

I've had it happen to me.  There was just 2 reviews written by this Handle.  I contacted the other girl to see if she saw this person, she said no and that they were probably trying to get a free VIP.  Then the reviewer tried to use me and the other lady as a reference.  The name and number was not known to me, so he gave the review as a reference.

I know I did not see the reviewer by how he said I answered the door, and how he described out time together.  It was a very good review, so I was going to let it go until....

Then the agency that contacted me for the reference was busted.  I contacted TER and they told me how to handle it.

I sent a  PM to the reviewer which said Thank you for the flattering review, but I do not remember who you are.  I would be happy to give you references if you could tell me where you saw me....and nothing.  I tried again later and again no answer.

Unless there is something glaring like the reviewer said you did a service you never did or it was from a particular time and place, how can you be certain? Ideally these reviews are supposed to be anonymous.  I posted a review and the above poster had it removed.  There was nothing in the review that would send off any alarm, she could not possibly know for sure it didn't happen unless she controls all her reviews ahead of time.  Also coincidence mine was a slightly lower score.

I just did not mention that I was going to write a review and I did after so as to protect my identity.  During the session when the above poster asked me if I plan to write a review, I didn't tell because I want to keep a certain integrity.

There is a difference between "fake reviews" and reviews that you were not expecting or solicited.  Not all reviewers are going to tell you ahead of time and promise a 9 and 10.  There seems to be a lot of review management going on by some ladies.  Enough now that when I see a lady with all 9s and 10's  I wonder what was taken down.

I think it goes both ways
