Your eros ad is of a provider who is not listed in the TER as a reviewed provider . I have been hobbying for more years than I am willing to admit. I have never ever encountered a bait and switch or upsell or misrepresentation of any TER reviewed provider whether an Indy or through  an agency. To settle for less than a reviewed TER provider is a calculated risk. Not only are your risking disappointment, but you are also at risk of being mugged, robbed, assaulted, etc. So proceed with caution and as this aging sexagenarian has always preached "Caveat Emptor" and think wisely with what's in your head and not with what's  between your legs
