Maybe TER added the review to the wrong profile?

You have two reviews with 10s for looks, and he gave you a 5. Either this guy has a grudge against you, or TER added a review for someone else to your profile.

Hi Sorry this happened to you! TER will definitely remove the review if you can prove the review is fake. The same thing happened to me, I sent them the evidence and they took it down!
