Why are guys so afraid of screening? I mean I have had good times without but I've been a lucky girl and don't take it lightly. Since I've moved into my own incall I'm more vigilante with screening but the majority of potential clients are reluctant to screen, also newbies unwillingness to provide info to book a session. Advice?

Especially if you have a permanent incall.  You can ask for whatever details you need, but I can refuse to give them, or offer an alternative.  A definite hard stop for me is a picture of a DL, but it rarely even gets that far.  This is where P411 has helped me with screening.  If you are not on there, then you need to get a provider reference, and if the guy refuses, move on.

In regard to Newbies, some of the Tinder generation believes it's enough to send a text saying 'let's fuck.'  Decent references are built over time and they may not be willing to put in the effort. If you have decent references, you don't have to be afraid of screening.

So for me my fears are around exposure ... sending Info that could be forwarded or worse yet posted to social media ... I have seen exchanges between provider and client posted to Twitter foe example

Frankly it's something I am wrestling with right now...

You know I think of it as a business so I would never want to put a client in danger of exposure because I want to maintain clientele. There's a lot of apprehension between client and provider and I feel like if the gap is mended screening won't be an issue.

whenever clients prefer not to email me their LinkedIn Profile (or other social media acct),
I will ask to see some ID in person upon arrival

It usually works!

Well she could be harmed or robbed so it's a lot of trust to let someone in your home. The fact is both providers and clients are at risk...and screening is a way to assure that nothing will go array and both client and provider are calm and relaxed. I use to rent at a spa so screening wasn't my concern with cameras and a buzz in door. But if clients prefer privacy and a heighten intimate session screening is a must. Also if a provider is on Eros or full time blackmail wouldn't make any sense....it would ruin her business

I have nothing to lose, I am happily divorced, own my own business and already 100% "out" virtually everybody who knows me, knows I am a whore mongering pig and proud of it. IOW I am "blackmail proof"

Most other guys are not in my position, just how many guys lives have been totally ruined once it got out they were seeing hookers. it's the very reason many hookers want a guys personal information, so they have something to hold over his head if "things go wrong"

and yes, some very highly reviewed and well known "full time" providers have gone off the rails and started blackmailing their clients over the most trivial of perceived transgressions, anything from giving out an 8-8 review when she demanded 10-10s to a completely BSC hooker who threatened to sue a client for cancelling on her a good two weeks in advance of their date.

It does happen, and how rarely it happens is no consolation to any of the guys it has happened to. I personally know several guys who have been outed by "well reviewed TER providers" a couple of them right here in NYC.

GaGa, you have a pistol in your hands, and no it's not a .22.  Not everyone has the freedom you have, and there has to be a balance.

Employment info is strictly verboten as you mentioned.  You are dealing with a man's livelihood.   I've given this info out once.  That was to a long established agency.  I've switch jobs, so good luck with the track down.   If an Indy ever asked for this info, no way.  My references speak for me.  No need for additional personal information.

O is trying to find a balance.  My advice for her is the more you are connected to your place of business, the more rigorous your screening has to be.  If you are providing an incall to a longer term location, you better be 110% confident your client won't show up unannounced or screw you in some other way. Some of you ladies are much too trusting, possibly you O as well.  Recently, a lady told me about a client that dashed with the cash.  I question her screening, but even more, this asshole knows where you live, at least temporarily.  What's to stop him from 'visiting' again?

I'll keep my eyes out for the BSC's, and I hope I have my fellow bros help me out.  However, the ladies are inviting someone into a situation that is potentially unbalanced.  O understands the privacy issues, and I respect her for that, but privacy is of small concern if she gets robbed or worse.
